Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team! In the role, you will coordinate and administer employee related health and wellness programs. Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for initial medical care, medical screening, health education and wellness programs.
- Works with Human Resources in administering and monitoring medical leaves of absence;
- Responsible for Workers’ Compensation case management and tracking.
- Responsible for all medical records which includes individual employee health records, OSHA logs and Workers’ Compensation cases.
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors.
- Exercises judgment to determine appropriate action.
The Occupational Health Nurse does not dispense or administer medicine.
Minimum requirements:

• Minimum education (associate degree in nurse)
• Minimum of 2 years of experienceCertification for Nurse License
Certification for Professional Occupation Nurse.
Preferred qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
• Working well in a team environment is imperative in this role.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships.
